STAGE 02 OF 06

Application Preparation

Preparing an application should feel manageable. Our North America Program Department helps turn a family’s information into a clear, organized application.

A clear starting point

The team explains the materials needed for the intended pathway and helps students and parents understand what each item is for. Requirements can differ between programs and schools, so the preparation process is tailored to the application being considered.

Collection and careful review

We collect the student’s information and relevant materials, review completeness and consistency, and follow up on details that need clarification. Depending on the program, these may include academic records, language results, student statements, recommendations and health information.

An application that is easy to understand

The North America Program Department organizes the documents and standardizes their presentation against the receiving program’s requirements. Where a translation, certification or specific form is needed, we help the family understand the requested format and how to prepare it.

Preparation connects with assessment

As the application takes shape, the team uses the information to support program assessment and matching. Families receive a clear explanation of what is ready, what still needs attention and how those details inform the next stage.
