The team brings the materials together for a final review and submits the application according to the selected program’s process. We keep the family informed of any outstanding items and the next steps in the review.
Follow-up and interview support
When further information is requested, the North America Program Department coordinates the response with the student and parents. We also support interview preparation and relevant appointment arrangements, helping the family understand the purpose, timing and preparation involved.
Clear explanations of placement information
When school, district, region or placement information is received, the team organizes it and explains it to parents in clear language. This includes what has been confirmed, what remains in progress and what the student and family need to do next.
From confirmation to preparation
School and program organizations make the relevant admission and placement decisions. As arrangements are confirmed, our team helps the family understand them and carries the information into departure and arrival preparation.
